Returns & Refunds Policy (UK Customers)
We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if you change your mind or something isn’t right, this policy explains your rights and how to return items to us.
Your Right to Cancel
- Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your consumables order (labels and/or receipt rolls) within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
- To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period by emailing consumables@averyberkel.com with your order details.
- Once you’ve told us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
- For Avery Berkel dealer/reseller partner orders, please refer to the returns policy within your dealer agreement.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- You must contact us to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Once approved, you then have 14 days to return the order to us.
- Items must be in their original unused condition and packaging.
- You are responsible for handling the goods with reasonable care while they are in your possession.
- Some items are exempt from returns, including:
- Custom-made labels (unless faulty)
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
- We’ll refund the full cost of the item(s), less a return delivery cost of £15.00 per order.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to a full refund, or replacement. This includes custom-made labels.
- Please contact us at consumables@averyberkel.com as soon as possible, and we’ll arrange this at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
- If you are returning because you’ve changed your mind, return shipping is £15.00 per order.
- If the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping to us is free.
How to Return
- You have 14 days from receipt of order to request a return.
- Email consumables@averyberkel.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions.
- Package your item securely and send it back within 14 days.
